End User License Agreement

By acquiring a capability from Skill Atelier, you agree to the highest standard of professional use.

1. The Grant of Capability

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, single-seat license to deploy the purchased AgentSkill within your proprietary infrastructure. This is an upgrade to your personal or agency capability. It is not for resale.

2. Zero-Redistribution

You are acquiring a master-crafted tool. You may not repackage, distribute, sub-license, or share the raw `.json`, `.md`, or `.py` files on public hubs, open-source repositories, or alternative marketplaces. Doing so revokes your license instantly.

3. Architectural Liability

While every skill is heavily audited for security and deterministic execution, AI models are inherently probabilistic. Skill Atelier (and Builderz GmbH) is not liable for downstream infrastructure failures, token costs, or unpredicted agentic behavior resulting from deployment. You are the human in the loop.

4. The Standard of Excellence

We guarantee the code is clean, the logic is sound, and the prompts are engineered to the top 1% of industry standards at the time of publication.
