Permitted & Prohibited Uses
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Skill Files sold by Builderz GmbH via skillatelier.ai

- Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how Buyers may use Skill Files purchased from Builderz GmbH ("Seller") via skillatelier.ai. This AUP supplements the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) and End User License Agreement (EULA) and forms part of the contractual relationship between Seller and Buyer.
The Skill Files are structured instruction sets designed to interface with third-party AI platforms. While the Seller cannot control or monitor how Buyers use the Skill Files after download, this AUP establishes contractual boundaries that serve as the basis for license revocation and damages claims in the event of misuse.
- Permitted Uses
Buyers may use the purchased Skill Files to:
(a) Generate AI-assisted content for personal, professional, or commercial purposes within the scope of the purchased license tier;
(b) Modify or adapt the Skill Files for personal use, subject to the EULA restrictions;
(c) Use the outputs generated by LLMs in connection with the Skill Files, subject to the LLM platform's own acceptable use policies and applicable law.
- Prohibited Uses
Buyers shall NOT use the Skill Files, directly or indirectly, for any of the following purposes:
3.1 Illegal Activity
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or
- Fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other
- Violation of export controls or sanctions
3.2 Harmful, Abusive, or Harassing Content
- Generating content intended to harass, threaten, intimidate,
- Creating content that promotes violence, hatred, or
- Producing content that sexualizes minors or facilitates child
3.3 Deception, Fraud, and Social Engineering
- Generating phishing emails, scam content, or social engineering
- Creating deepfakes, impersonation content, or synthetic media
- Producing content that impersonates real individuals without
- Generating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
3.4 Misinformation and Manipulation
- Creating content designed to spread false information on matters
- Generating content intended to manipulate public opinion through
- Producing synthetic content for astroturfing campaigns
3.5 Circumventing AI Safety Measures
- Using the Skill Files to bypass, circumvent, or undermine safety
- Jailbreaking, prompt injection attacks, or adversarial prompting
3.6 Surveillance and Privacy Violations
- Mass surveillance, tracking, or profiling of individuals without
- Collecting, aggregating, or processing personal data in violation
3.7 Weapons and Dangerous Activities
- Generating instructions, designs, or information related to the
- Creating content that facilitates self-harm, suicide, or
3.8 Intellectual Property and Competition
- Using the Skill Files to train, fine-tune, distill, or improve
- Reverse-engineering the Skill Files for the purpose of creating
- Using the Skill Files in any manner that infringes the
3.9 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Generating bulk unsolicited messages, emails, or communications
- Creating content for automated social media posting at scale
- AI-Generated Content Disclosure
(1) Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the disclosure of AI-generated content, including but not limited to EU AI Act Art. 50 transparency requirements.
(2) Where applicable law or platform policies require disclosure that content was generated with AI assistance, the Buyer must provide appropriate disclosure. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's failure to disclose.
- Compliance with Platform Policies
(1) Buyers must comply with the acceptable use policies of any AI platform used in connection with the Skill Files, including but not limited to the policies of Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google, and any other LLM provider.
(2) If a conflict exists between this AUP and a platform's acceptable use policy, the more restrictive policy applies.
- Enforcement and Consequences
(1) Builderz GmbH reserves the right to: (a) Revoke the Buyer's license immediately upon material breach of this AUP; (b) Claim contractual penalties (Vertragsstrafe) as specified in the EULA; (c) Pursue damages claims under §280 BGB; (d) Report illegal activities to the competent authorities.
(2) Enforcement Limitation: The Seller acknowledges that post-download technical enforcement of this AUP is not possible. This policy functions as a contractual basis for legal action, not as a technical control mechanism.
- Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of Skill Files purchased from skillatelier.ai that violates this AUP, please report it to: kontakt@builderz.org
Reports will be reviewed and appropriate action taken, which may include license revocation and legal proceedings.
- Changes to This Policy
Builderz GmbH may update this AUP to reflect changes in law, platform policies, or the nature of the products offered. Significant changes will be communicated via the website. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision.
