Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Loss of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content

If you have expressly consented to the commencement of performance of the contract (delivery of digital content not on a tangible medium) before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that your consent entails the loss of your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance (§356(5) BGB).

Technical requirements:

• Checkbox must be unchecked by default
• Purchase button must be inactive until checkbox is ticked
• Checkbox must appear on the final checkout page before order placement
• Checkbox must be separate from the AGB acceptance checkbox
• LG Karlsruhe confirmed combining consent (Step 1) and acknowledgment (Step 2) in a single checkbox is permissible

Step 3: Durable Medium Confirmation (order confirmation email)

The order confirmation email MUST include:

1. Explicit record that the consumer consented to immediate performance
2. Explicit record that the consumer acknowledged loss of withdrawal right
3. Full AGB text
4. Complete Widerrufsbelehrung including model cancellation form
5. Product description and price
6. Seller contact details (Builderz GmbH, address, email)

A webpage alone does NOT qualify as a durable medium.

Part D: Voluntary Goodwill Refund Policy

Goodwill Refund Policy (Separate from Statutory Rights)

Builderz GmbH may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund for purchased Skill Files as a gesture of goodwill. Such refunds are available only for products that are "not as described" or that exhibit genuine technical defects preventing download or use.

A change of mind after download does not entitle the Buyer to a goodwill refund.

This goodwill policy does not create any additional legal entitlement beyond the Buyer's statutory rights. It may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Part E: 2026 Widerrufsbutton Preparation

Widerrufsbutton (mandatory from June 19, 2026 — EU Directive 2023/2673)

The website must display a clearly labelled withdrawal button:

• German label: "Vertrag widerrufen"
• Leads to a form ending with button: "Widerruf bestätigen"
• Must be available even when the statutory withdrawal right has

been properly waived (the button still needs to exist; the submission triggers the no-right-remaining response)

• Must be as prominently placed as the order mechanism
